Terms of Service

Last updated: November 2, 2026

1. The service

Support Gmail is an internal customer-support tool operated by the business that runs the brand support mailboxes connected to it ("we", "us"). It helps that business's support team read, organize and answer the emails sent to those mailboxes, as described on the home page. It is not offered to the public.

2. Who may use it

Only team members invited by the mailbox owner may use Support Gmail, by signing in with their Google account. By signing in, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. Access can be changed or removed at any time by the mailbox owner.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

4. Connected accounts

The mailbox owner authorizes Support Gmail to access the support mailbox through Google's consent screen and can revoke that access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms.

5. No warranty

Support Gmail is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI-prepared drafts and classifications can be wrong, which is why replies are reviewed by the team. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the tool.

6. Changes and termination

We may change these terms or the tool, or stop providing it. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
